Terms and Conditions

By entering the Truck & Bus Pack Kalimex promotional giveaway you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. 
 
1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man but not employees (or members of their families) of OnTarget Publishing Ltd, Kalimex Ltd, agents of the above or anyone connected with the giveaway.

2. Only one entry per person. In the event that more than one entry is made by employees of the same company at the same address, only the first such entry received will be eligible for the giveaway. Bulk entries or entries received through agents or third parties will be declared void. 

3. This giveaway is intended for recipients of Truck & Bus Pack November 2009 edition. Any entries made by individuals other than named recipients may be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.

4. Entry to the giveaway is free and no purchase is necessary. 

5. To be entered for the giveaway, entrants must either (a) fill in the reverse of the promotional card (number 20) found within the November 2009 edition of Truck & Bus Pack and return the card by post (address printed on reverse; no stamp required) or (b) visit http://www.truckandbuspack.com/respond and select the November 2009 pack, following the instructions to submit their details online. 

6. The first 45 valid entries received will each win one bottle of Kalimex K-Seal HD Coolant Leak Repair. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or the prize being inappropriate in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the prize without prior notice. Any alternative prize will be of equal or greater value than the prize detailed above. No cash alternative is available. 

7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries or entries not properly transmitted (including any entries not received via the website as a result of technical problems). Damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified. Proof of posting or faxing will not be accepted as proof of delivery. 

8. The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. These rules are governed by the law of England and Wales. 

9. The names of the winners will be available to obtain by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Truck & Bus Pack Kalimex Promotion, OnTarget Publishing Ltd, The Old Station House, Aigburth Station, Mersey Road, LIVERPOOL, L17 6AG.

10. By participating in the giveaway entrants agree that, if successful, their names and towns may be published on http://www.truckandbuspack.com and on the list of winners obtainable by post from the Promoter. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity. 

11. All promotional copy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. OnTarget Publishing reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

12. Entrants' data will be made available to Kalimex Ltd, the prize supplier. From time to time Kalimex may wish to contact you with further information about their products and services.
