Tyre changing made easy from Tecalemit

The TCS 52 Tyre changer from Tecalemit is suitable for wheels up to 52". This includes truck and bus wheels, agricultural vehicles and heavy plant and can be used for tubeless or tubed tyres. There is a self - centering chuck with four jaws and variable power which works in both directions of rotation. The opening and closing motion is hydraulic powered with adjustable pressure.

The jaws are designed so that options are available for locking the tyres in order to accommodate various types of rim, ensuring perfect locking. There is a moveable remote control to carry out all functions.

The operating arm has a swivelling head that can be easily positioned for bead breaking operations removes the need for any manual lifting of the wheel assembly. The TCS 52 requires a 3Ph power supply and ample working space around the equipment for the operator to move freely.


	Tyre measurement goes digital! Portable or drive over, TAC-Scan revolutionizes tyre tread depth measurement. Recent additions include a range of extra large Combination Spanners (Part Numbers 4600-4611). These spanners are manufactured from Chrome Vanadium and range in sizes 55mm through to 105mm.

Accelerator’s new Wheels
and Tyres Module

Award-winning Accelerator’s customers can track tyre usage and wheel rims across vehicles and individual axles. They can also add specific tyre depth information to Accelerator’s inspection module.

The vehicle maintenance software system’s Wheels and Tyres Module means fleet operators can track a vehicle’s wheel rims and any tyre from purchase to scrapping. Users can create tyre categories, such as new, retreaded or regrooved.

The tyre store screen allows searching by tyre size, wheel diameter, rating, type, manufacturer, status, vehicle, axle and position. A double computer click produces any wheel rim or tyre’s history and location. These details will complement Accelerator’s comprehensive vehicle details.
