Checkpoint - the Commercial Vehicle Loose Wheel Nut Indicator Checkpoint is a loose wheel nut indicator that is used extensively by the transport industry as a best practice procedure to detect the possible loosening of wheel nuts on commercial vehicles. Together with daily walk-round inspections, defect reporting and scheduled maintenance requirements, its use allows accurate monitoring of wheel nuts and helps prevent wheel hub damage or wheel detachment. Laser Tools 1" Drive Torque Multiplier (part no: 4869) makes light work of removing tight and stubborn commercial and agricultural wheel nuts when there are no air driven power tools available.

The gear ratio in the Torque Multiplier is 1:56 giving a massive output of 1200Nm with the minimum of effort.

Built tough for years of use and features a very strong built-in reaction bar.

The kit comes with two impact sockets, 30mm & 32mm, and an extension bar for use on deeply dished wheels. Additionally, a 33mm socket is available — part no: 4964.

Supplied in blow mould case to keep the components safe and clean.

The Polaris TCS 26 tyre changer is suitable for removal and refitting of a wide range of bus and truck tyres from 14” up to 26”. It can be used for both tubeless and tubed tyres and features a self-centring variable power chuck with four jaws which have hydraulic opening and closing with adjustable pressure, ensuring perfect locking every time. There is also a remote control to carry out all functions.
