Trailer Interface

The Nexus Trailer Interface enables the operator to couple and uncouple at ground level adjacent to the vehicle.

Three easy steps enable the service distribution plate (SDP) to be pulled out beyond the side of the trailer:

1. Draw across the SDP and hold in place with a simple key bolt accessory.

2. Remove the manual lynch clip that secures the inner and outer channels.

3. Lift the yellow handle on the top of the outer channel while pulling the SDP towards you. The inner rail is locked by a bolt latch, allowing the services to be connected or disconnected from the trailer.

Then simply reverse the sequence to return the unit to normal operating mode.
