With the recent surge in temperatures, now's the time to ensure your vehicles are properly air-conditioned, and that existing air con systems are regularly serviced and are doing their job. 'Perfect climate on the spot'

The CA850S features high-performance, maintenance-free compressor technology which runs from the 24-volt vehicle battery. The automatic low-voltage protection ensures hassle-free starting of the engine at all times. Working with the windows closed, the system recirculates the air in the cabin keeping the air fresh.

Advantages of the compressor powered CA 850S are optimum performance, at high humidity. Very low maintenance eliminating the need to clean the water tank or fill up with water.

The CA 850S is a compact and aerodynamic roof unit with a mounting height of only 159 mm. It comes complete with vehicle-specific installation accessories for a quick and easy custom fit, including cabs with small roof window or a front roof pitch of between 5 – 20˚

The New Konfort 700 Series

From the 1st of January 2011 newly type approved Car and Light Commercial vehicles in the European market which are equipped with AC or climate control systems, are required to use a refrigerant which meets the 2006/40/CE legislation. A new refrigerant HFO-1234yf will replace the current refrigerant R134a in these newly type approved applications.

TEXA have closely monitored the development of this market, and this has lead us to introduce the new KONFORT 700R series of AC service stations.

These new service stations have been specifically designed to be compatible with both the existing R134a and the new HFO-1234yf refrigerants.

The range of 700 series AC units includes both basic single gas units for either refrigerant type, and specific dual gas units capable of dealing with both.

AirCon Station

The two new SmartCharge air con stations are among the most advanced available, for either bus and coach use or truck, car and van.

The HDM 420 Coach unit has a 49 kg tank, large compressor and vacuum and uniquely, a separate liquid refrigerant pump to recharge the largest systems quickly and automatically. It is simple to use compared with manifold sets and bottles, and makes bus and coach A/C repairs as simple as charging a small car. Just connect, programme and walk away. A 15 kg system takes less than 10 minutes to fill!

The Smart charge 195 is suitable for all commercial vehicles, vans and cars and can take less than 20 minutes in total using the new smartcharge technology. Both machines come with full training and support and we give F-Gas training on site if required.
